Happy weekend, friends! I hope you all had a wonderful week and are enjoying the start to your weekend! It is officially winter again here in Wyoming, which makes me kind of sad/kind of happy. Sad because I really became obsessed with the 60 degree sunny days. Happy because we finally get to go skiing again! We were so spoiled at the beginning of the winter, and then it got really warm, making for not so fun skiing. I won’t ramble all morning about the weather, however. We are here today to talk about this week’s menu plan, which is pretty extensive this week! I hope you guys enjoy!
