Paired with a Pilsner
Good morning, friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful week and is looking forward to the weekend ahead! We are keeping things pretty low-key around here. We are in the middle of remodeling my office and Zach is going to install my built-ins. I am super excited to stop working on my sofa and be back in my office again!
Also, my sister is coming to visit all the way from upstate NY, so YAY for that! It’s usually pretty awesome when she comes to visit. I think our super exciting plans are to bake cakes and knit a blanket outside while sipping on spritzers and craft beer. Why yes, we do knit. I knew you were going to ask that. ;) Knitting is one of the only things that can calm my stress and anxiety, and you can never have too many blankets and scarves. Amiright?!
So anywho, on to today’s post. This snap pea and green bean salad with arugula pesto is one of my favorite side dishes to prepare in the spring and summer. It is so fresh, light, and delicious and goes really, really well with barbecue chicken. It also is perfect for a picnic or potluck, because you can either serve it warm or chilled. I love when a dish can do both! It makes our lives so much easier, don’t you think?!
Head over and check it out; and I will talk to you guys tomorrow!
