I hope everyone has settled into the New Year nicely! Zach and I have spent the past week and a half in Utah doing some skiing. Unfortunately after 3 days of being here, I got extremely sick with the flu and had to stay off the mountain. Most of it has sucked because I have been watching the snow fall from the comfort of our germ-infested hotel room. The one thing that has been good about being so sick, is that I’ve had the time to menu plan for the next 6 months! This makes me super grateful for our weekly menu plans! This week has some super amazing recipes. From scones to pho and from wraps to salads, there’s something for just about everyone!
