Good morning and happy Saturday, friends! I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend! Zach and I have spent the last week in Portland and this weekend we will spend in Bend. I’m kind of not excited to go back to cold Wyoming, but I do miss my furry little man. Anywho, if you are anything like me, I like to keep things simple when Thanksgiving starts to closer. The easier my weeknight dinner recipes, the better. This week has some great recipes to add into your plans. I’m kind of obsessed with all of them!
